Good to have you here

These house rules apply to the Wilderer Chalets, Landhaus Moritz and Wilderer Nest. They are part of our terms (§ 11.3) and are also displayed in every accommodation.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4 pm, departure by 12 noon. If you arrive later, just let us know.

Chalets and Landhaus Moritz: the doors open via an electronic lock. When you leave, simply pull the door shut.

Wilderer Nest: put the key back in the key box when you leave.

On departure: dishes washed or in the dishwasher, rubbish taken out, windows closed, fireplace off. We take care of the final cleaning.

Occupancy

No more people may stay overnight than were booked — children and infants count.

Quiet and neighbours

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, also on the terrace and in the garden.

Parties are not allowed in our houses.

Smoking and open fire

There is never any smoking indoors.

Outside only with an ashtray and at a distance from wooden façades, fences and terrace furniture. Always put out cigarettes and ash completely — nothing may catch fire.

Dogs

Dogs only if registered with the booking; the dog fee is included in the total price.

On the sofa yes, with the blanket provided over it — not in the bed, please.

Staying alone is fine if your dog is used to it — but not on the terrace and not barking.

Please clear up after your dog in the garden and on the paths straight away.

Fireplace

Gas fireplace (chalets): only on when someone is in the room; off when you leave the house. Do not put anything on or in front of the glass.

Wood stove (Landhaus Moritz): likewise only when someone is in the room. Firewood is included. Keep the stove door closed.

Sauna (Chalet Steinadler, Landhaus Moritz)

Always sit and lie on a towel — never directly and never oiled on the wood.

No oils or infusion concentrates directly on the heater. Switch off after use.

Children only with adults, no dogs in the sauna.

Use at your own risk — if you have health concerns, please consult a doctor beforehand.

Kitchen, waste, damage

Basics such as salt and oil are there; bring the rest or buy it locally.

Please separate waste: residual waste, paper, plastic and metal, glass, organic.

Something broken? Just tell us. You are liable under the law for damage caused through your fault.

Parking

Chalets: three parking spaces per chalet. Landhaus Moritz: three spaces at the house.

Wilderer Nest: no fixed space — park in the public car park nearby.
