Questions about booking direct
How do I find the right house?
Enter your dates, your guests and any dogs travelling with you into the search. The results show the available places with their total price. Sauna, garden and room layout are on each house's own page.
When does my choice become binding?
After choosing, you enter your details and can add extras. In the last step you check the accommodation, the dates, the total and the terms. Only the binding booking step actually makes the booking.
Which cancellation terms apply?
The terms of the rate you choose are what count. Read them before you confirm; they can differ between the rates on offer. The general terms are in our terms and conditions.
