The main village
The village that gives the region its name.
Seefeld is the centre of the plateau: a railway station, a pedestrian zone, two ski areas and the region's cross-country hub. Our houses stand deliberately beside it — close enough for everything, far enough for quiet.

About Seefeld
The main village, a quarter of an hour away.
What Seefeld offers
The village has what a main village needs: the station on the Mittenwald line with connections from Innsbruck and from the direction of Munich, a pedestrian zone with shops, cafés and restaurants, plus the Olympic pool and the casino. If you want everything in one place for once, you drive the quarter of an hour over.
Sport here is not a claim but history: the Nordic Olympic events were held in Seefeld in 1964 and 1976, the Nordic World Championships in 2019. The region's cross-country hub sits in the middle of the village.
Two ski areas, one trail network
For downhill there is the Rosshütte with a view across the plateau and the Gschwandtkopf, the sunny local mountain — both manageable, family-friendly and minutes away. If you are looking for vast linked ski areas, the plateau is the wrong place; if you are looking for relaxed days, it is the right one.
The real asset is the trails: they link Seefeld with Mösern, Leutasch and the Wildmoos — and they run past our houses.
Why we do not live in the middle of it
Our houses stand in Leutasch and Mösern, a quarter of an hour away. That is deliberate: in Seefeld there is life in the evening, with us there is quiet. You have both — the village when you want it, and the stillness when you come home.
