Cross-country skiing
The track starts at the door.
The Seefeld plateau is a cross-country place, not a ski circus. 245 kilometres of groomed trails, the track three minutes on foot from the houses — and a sauna or a fire in the evening.

At the door
Clip in, do not drive out.
The plateau's trails start a few minutes on foot from the houses — along the Leutascher Ache and up into the Gaistal. The car stays where it is, and the day begins where it would otherwise begin only after a drive.
Both classic and skating are groomed. The floodlit night trail starts at the Seekirchl or at the Arena365 in Seefeld; there are also cleared winter walking paths, toboggan runs and snowshoe tours. Current opening times are in the region's trail report.
After the track
First the track, then the warmth.
Two of our houses have their own sauna: Chalet Steinadler outdoors, Landhaus Moritz indoors. In the chalets a gas fireplace is waiting; in the country house, the wood-burning stove with its bench.
